Converting your mp3 encoded files to wav won't get you an increase of quality, which it seems you are expecting. To get the best quality, the tracks would have to be encoded in wav format from the start.

You can use any audio editing software, even the simple ones like Goldwave. But as Mindfreeze said, converting from mp3 to wav will NOT upgrade the quality of the track. You have to export it as wav-file from the beginning, as it has already lost the it's full power in the compression to mp3.
