Does anyone know a website you can do a live stream (DJ SET) and would you need special equitment???

There's many, do your research, i can't think of any off the top of my head, internet radio for me isin't my thing, i do a show on normal terrestrial radio though, get paid too it's nice.
But you would need a nice reliable connection
Some CDJ's or whatever turntables a mixer all connected upto your computer, also a mic i think would come in handy and a good knowledge in electronic music, probably some presenting skill would help too, just listen to tongy and some of the people on BBC radio 1 and you'll learn how to present dance music radio shows.

oh i know how to spin on the computer, i use virtural DJ AND HAVE A HERCULES MIXER USB so i just need to know what website to bradcaqst from, i do gigs all the time i just want me fans in other states to beable to here me live

You could TRY PIRATE RADIO that might do THE trick if you want to do LIVE STREAMING.
