Disciplinary Procedures

If you break any of the rules below, you will get one warning. If you break the same rule again, you will be banned for a certain period of time. If it is a major offence and you have already been warned, you will be banned for good.

Respect

This is a simple rule, show some respect to your fellow members. We are all here for the same reason, try to treat people well and the way in which you wish to be treated.

Swearing

Please use your head on this one. Swearing should not be a part of the main vocabulary in any post. Minor swearing is not a problem but if taken out of hand post will be modified and members may be warned and possibly banned.

Racism / Sexism / Sexual Preference

Racism, sexism and sexual preference in any form will not be tolerated on these forums. The thread will be modified, and the member will receive only ONE warning. Be tolerant of others.

“Bullying”

Any person or persons to gang up and bash another member, whether it’s due to sex, sexual orientation, taste of music, or opinion, will be warned and banned for repeat offences. If you have an opinion or disagree with someone do it in a tasteful manner.

Advertising

No one is allowed to advertise for any music downloads website unless given the permission. You may make a request to the admin and you might be allowed to post an image or link in your signature advertising another site. We will give one warning for first offense and ban for the second.

Stolen Links

You may not use another person’s link without their permission. Link ‘stealing’ happens everyday, all over the internet. We will not tolerate if you are using our links, or if you are using someone else's links. You will be warned and then banned. Be careful, this is one of the most common ways to be banned.

Language

Please use English at all times unless otherwise noted or allowed. We may be an international board, but the majority speaks English. If you are having problems posting in English you can find translators all over the internet. This will change with the coming of specific forums. (more soon)

Warez / Illegal Software

Under no circumstance should Warez or illegal software be posted. Do not ask for sites with this information, do not ask for cracks, keygens, or serials. Only acceptable form of software is shareware, freeware and demos. If and when posting these please provide where the origin of the link is from.

Nudity

Absolutely no nudity is allowed! We have many underage users and people who browse our forums in school or at work. Breaking this rule will get you banned!

Multiple / Irrelevant / Duplicate posting - "Post Whoring"

Users may post multiple times in threads as long as they are part of the topic at hand. PLEASE do not multi post in order to raise your count, or make unnecessary comments, as our Moderators and Administrators will delete them, and infractions/warnings may be issued. Repeat offenders will receive additional infractions/warnings. You may give thanks in different threads, but do so only ONCE in each thread. If you accidently double post and unable to remove it yourself, PM a Mod or Admin with a link to the thread/post in question and we will be glad to help you.

Other Information

If there is any part of these rules that you do not understand, please contact a moderator or an administrator. These rules are posted very publicly so there is no excuse for not reading and following. These rules may be modified at any time and most likely will be.
