serato help needed

for some reason my serato isn't saving my loops and cues even after i save my loops, im using version 1.8.2, does anyone know how to fix this im using vista if that helps thanks

Maybe your better off running this on xp as it is a more stable os at the moment i think serato are in the making process of building a better update for vista computability.

So i'd advice to ask them if you purchased the program legit , then they have FAQ forums and they have to answer any of your questions.

nah im all good now fixed it up my external harddrive was only on read so i fixed it all good now so im happy lol
