Default How to: Podcasting

How the hell do you set one of these up, it's pissing me off now. I have a file just over 100mb's that i want to convert to XML then to RSS so i can put it on iTunes. I have the XML version, but cant find a way to get it to RSS short of buying my own website. Anyone know a solution?

Best would be that kept silent use universe podcast or podomatic. It is free and in more very easy.
