New Users & Posting Guidelines

Having X number of posts before being to see a download link is great. But some new posters take it way too far and start meaningless new threads just to get to that limit. Maybe also make new posters have to wait until X number of posts have been reached? It's much easier to scan past the obvious +1!'s than it is to read the dribble they think anyone else cares about.

Okay, so part rant, part hypocrisy, part possibility?

we've already thought of this and plans and changes will happen very soon and we will see how people think about going around leeching all im saying is watch out if i see people making bullshit threads , and replying to threads like this sdsdsdsdsdsdsds .
