With his first release on Fling called ‘Grains‘, Alex gives us a colossal summer intensified track, which features a killer and addictive hook that builds and repeats consistently to a climax that clubbers won’t forget. Alex Tepper has been DJing and producing electronic music for over ten years under different aliases. He’s probably best known as one half of Futureshock (With Phil Dockerty) who shot to fame after making over 40 remixes of artists including Underworld, New Order, The Chemical Brothers, Groove Armada and Moby to name a few. On The B side TG gives us his take on this record. Starting with some skillful groove laden beats put together with cleverly manipulated samples of the original. This gives us the hot Eric Prydz and Dubfire sound, with some sick white noise enduring onto the massive harmonic sample, building the tension, before dropping into a silly sub bass funky groove which Steve Lawler has been loving so much he’s just used it on his new Renaissance compilation.
