Sebastien Leger continues his return with another release ‘Talisman‘ and ‘Bambou‘ His recent largely received cover of ‘Nights of the Jaguar’ became one of the biggest tracks of the year. The A side is a huge club banger with synths and builds that just twist you inside out in a crazy way with their rhythm. The flip side is a perfect compliment being a super funky affair with nice subtle synths and swinging percussion with groovy sub bassline. Another march upwards for Sebastien. Expect massive dj support.

Grains!

With his first release on Fling called ‘Grains‘, Alex gives us a colossal summer intensified track, which features a killer and addictive hook that builds and repeats consistently to a climax that clubbers won’t forget. Alex Tepper has been DJing and producing electronic music for over ten years under different aliases. He’s probably best known as one half of Futureshock (With Phil Dockerty) who shot to fame after making over 40 remixes of artists including Underworld, New Order, The Chemical Brothers, Groove Armada and Moby to name a few. On The B side TG gives us his take on this record. Starting with some skillful groove laden beats put together with cleverly manipulated samples of the original. This gives us the hot Eric Prydz and Dubfire sound, with some sick white noise enduring onto the massive harmonic sample, building the tension, before dropping into a silly sub bass funky groove which Steve Lawler has been loving so much he’s just used it on his new Renaissance compilation.

I Got You On My Mind

Rui Da Silva is an electronic music producer. He runs Kismet Records, his own, successful, independent music label. He DJs all over the world. Rui has been involved in the music since he was a kid and in the music business since he started up the Kaos Records label in Portugal in the early 90s, with the label he kick started the dance scene in Portugal. Today he continues to produce club tracks and experimental electronic music always, as he puts it, “trying to change the sound and evolve as staying still gets me bored”. His newest tune “On My Mind” features Ben Onono.
